Several decades ago, smoking was considered "cool", and it seems like everyone from doctors to movie star panting away. These days, smoking is expensive, messy and there are not many places where you are allowed to do so. If that was not bad enough, pack per day habit can cost you more than $ 3,000 per year.

When you decide to quit smoking for good, do not buy more cigarettes by the carton. Forcing yourself to taper off with buying just one pack at a time and only took two or three cigarettes with you. Come up with activities to replace smoking.
